Sunday Ride - August 27, 2006

5 members on 4 bikes - guess the weather scared everyone else off! Shame, too... it only rained on us for about the first 10 miles and then enjoyed COOL weather for the rest of the trip! We saw some absolutely incredible sights - like an exotic animal farm near the little town of Ducas, TX.

Linda, Ernie, Skip, Cindy & Paul (pulling his new trailer - think we need to nickname him "Froggy" - what with all the green paint) made this trip.

Ministry Table at the church - August 27, 2006

ROTE was presented in a "discovery Sunday" at our church... another "first" for our new ministry. Thanks to Ernie, Linda, Mike, Skip and Cindy for helping staff the table and answers questions. We had several folks stop by and express interest in what we are doing.

Saturday Ride - August 19, 2006

8 members on 6 bikes - Had an awesome ride to a little biker bar and grill in the booming metropolis of Point Blank, TX, called "Hill Top Icehouse." Great burgers. Or should I say, great BIG, burgers! We gave away the last of our Hope for the Highway NTs we had on hand.

Christian Bike Nite - August 3, 2006

Over 50 bikers from FOTW, The Ark, CMA, The Light attended this evening of fellowship. ROTE had a strong showing with six of our members attending (Ray & Janetta, Skip & Cindy, Linda M. & Scott G.). - photos sent to us by Mark Mueller
